1. Agreement

By using HolyPoly (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. HolyPoly is operated by Thales Intelligence LLC (“we”, “us”). We are not affiliated with Polymarket. We provide edge analytics and an optional Automated Trading Bot; we do not operate a trading venue. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

2. Description of Service

HolyPoly offers (a) a leaderboard and analytics based on public Polymarket data, (b) copy-ready playbooks and wallet insights, and (c) an optional Automated Trading Bot that can mirror positions from a chosen wallet to your connected Polymarket wallet. You execute trades either manually on Polymarket or via the bot using your own credentials. We do not place trades on your behalf except through the bot when you enable it and provide the required wallet connection.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your account and any connected wallet credentials secure. Our Service may not be available in all jurisdictions; you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. No Financial Advice; Risk

HolyPoly does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All content and tools are for informational and execution convenience only. Trading on prediction markets (including via Polymarket) involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You alone decide what to trade and how much to risk.

5. Pro Subscription and Payment

Pro features are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and our pricing as shown at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise agree. We may change pricing on reasonable notice; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thales Intelligence LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service or any third-party platform (including Polymarket). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive termination.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
