Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

HolyPoly is operated by Thales Intelligence LLC (“we”, “us”). We are not affiliated with Polymarket. We provide edge analytics and an optional Automated Trading Bot; we do not operate a trading venue. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use HolyPoly.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: When you sign up, we store your email and account identifier (e.g. from our auth provider). We may store a display name if you provide one.
• Payment data: If you subscribe to Pro, we use Stripe for payment. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs; we do not store your full card number.
• Bot configuration: If you use the automated trading bot, we store your connected wallet address and an encrypted copy of the signing key you provide, so the bot can place trades on your behalf when enabled.
• Usage and logs: We may log access, errors, and usage (e.g. IP, timestamps) to operate and improve the Service.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide the Service (leaderboard, playbooks, bot), to process payments, to communicate with you (e.g. support, product updates), and to improve and secure HolyPoly. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third parties

We rely on:

• Auth and database: Our auth and database provider (e.g. Supabase) processes account and profile data on our behalf.
• Payments: Stripe processes payment data. Their privacy policy applies to payment processing.
• Polymarket: We request public data from Polymarket (e.g. leaderboard, positions) to power the Service. We do not share your personal data with Polymarket.
• Analytics: We may use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand usage; these may set cookies or use similar technologies.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if you disable essential cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain account and profile data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we will remove or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it for legal or operational reasons (e.g. payment records).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@holypoly.io. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data (e.g. encryption, access controls). Bot signing keys are stored in encrypted form. No system is completely secure; you are responsible for safeguarding your account and any keys you provide.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
